Is there a minimum order quantity for hotel textiles?+
You can purchase our retail products as single units. For wholesale and custom production orders, a minimum quantity may apply depending on the product group. We recommend contacting our team for the exact minimum order details.
What fabrics do you use in your products?+
Our collection mainly uses long-staple 100% cotton and quality satin weaving. Our towels are made of high-gram cotton, our protectors of micro fabric with a waterproof base, and our pillows with silicone filling. Fabric and weight details for each product are listed on its product page.
Are hotel linens and towels durable for frequent washing?+
Yes. Our hotel group products are produced with industrial laundry conditions and frequent washing in mind. Thanks to high-gram cotton and sturdy stitching, color and shape loss is minimized; with proper care instructions, they deliver long-lasting use.
What is the shipping and delivery time?+
In-stock products are shipped quickly after your order is confirmed, with secure delivery across Turkey. For custom production orders, delivery time is typically 10-15 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on order quantity and customization details.
How should the products be cared for?+
For cotton linens and towels, washing at 40-60°C is recommended; satin products should be washed and ironed at low heat. Protectors and waterproof items should not be tumble-dried at high heat. Following the care instructions on each label and product page extends the product's lifespan.
What are your invoicing and payment options?+
All our sales are invoiced and prices include VAT; you can request a corporate invoice. Payments are taken via the secure, 3D Secure-protected PayTR infrastructure. For wholesale and project-based purchases, you can discuss alternative payment terms with our team.
